Gavin calls Santa "Ho Ho". It started out with just "Ho" then progressed to two syllables. We took Gav to see him knowing that he was probably going to cry. Needless to say, he didn't let us down. I put him on Santa's lap and he wailed. Santa opened a lollipop (he had no idea what it was) and he grabbed it and started to calm down. We never got a smile out of him, but we were able to take one with a very serious face.
